A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 15V.Mosfet driver ic adopts SWITCHING CONTROLLER as Mosfet driver ics analog IC.
