RT9643PQV Overview

Generally, it supports 5 outputs at a time. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 24-VQFN Exposed Pad in order to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Bulk. The output voltage of this voltage controller is 1.2V 1.8V 2.5V 3V 3.3V 5V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. It is intended for use in applications such as Controller, DDR and others. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -10°C~85°C TA in order to prevent malfunction. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 5V.
