RT9818B-18GV Overview

It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 900mV for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
