RT9818B-30GB Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
