RT9819A-42GV Overview

This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power management system has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 900mV for this PMIC. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage.
