RT9819D-46GV Overview

Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. 3 pins are present on the power management system. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 900mV for this power management. This IC power should be powered by no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
