R1225N182A-TR-FE Overview
PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 6 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 3V. An input voltage of 2.3V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. Test statistics indicate DC regulator outputs 1.8V voltage. A maximum voltage of 18.5V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. 1 functions are available in total for the switch converters.
