R5117S002A-E2-FE Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. IC management is packaged as a 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA.
