optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 700kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 600mA output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. An input voltage of 1.5V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage can be produced at 2.5V volts by voltage regulator.
