RP401K541B-TR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5.4V.
