RP402N231F-TR-FE Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 2.3V.
