RP504L251D-TR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. At 2.5V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 85°C. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the switching frequency 2550kHz is the maximum that the adjusting voltage regulator can operate at. Depending on the configuration of the switching voltage regulators, the output current can be as high as 0.9A A. Using a unique technique, it is possible to permit the dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum input voltage. It is provided with a dc to dc voltage regulator's voltage input (Min) for 2.3V. 6 pins are included in this voltage regulator dc to dc.
