CD4022BCMX Overview

This device is supplied in the SOIC package. It is configured using 16terminations. Having a supply voltage of 5V enables to operate in a fully flexible manner. There is information in the device in the form of 8bits. Temperature grade MILITARYhas been selected for this device. In order for it to operate, it requires a supply voltage of 12V . Long-term operation at 125°Cwith acceptable electrical stability is possible. It operates over a specified temperature range with a lower limit generally set to -55°C. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) is 3V. The maximum voltage that can be applied to the device is 15V. 1input lines are used to input binary data as on/off signals. There are 8output lines on the device.
