ICL7660EPA+ Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating.
