AD1861R Overview

There are two packages that contain it: 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. 5V volts power it. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. It is designed to maximiTubee space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tube. In total, it has 16 terminations on each end. There are a total of 16 pins on this device. There should be no temperature exceeding 70°C degrees Celsius during operation.
