AD5327ARU-REEL7 Overview

It is supplied in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 3V volts power it. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving.
