AD5346BCP Overview

This package is included in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is designed to maximiTraye space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tray. In total, there are a total of 40 terminations on it. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 40 pins. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 105°C. A temperature of at least -40°C should be used as the operating temperature.
