AD5392BCP-3 Overview


A 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is provided with this component. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space. The total number of terminations is 64. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 64 pins. The operating temperature should not exceed 85°C. A temperature of at least -40°C should be used as the operating temperature.
