AD680JT Overview


An easy-to-use TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 3.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.5V at a minimum.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 2.51V.There is 2.49V voltage lower than 2.49V at the output of the voltage reference ic.70°C is its maximum ambient temperature.
