AD7228LP Overview

In the package 28-LCC (J-Lead), this product is provided. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. In total, there are a total of 28 terminations on it. A total of 28 pins are included in this device. A maximum temperature of 85°C degrees Celsius should not be exceeded during operation. In order for the machine to operate properly, it should be at a temperature of at least -40°C.
