AD8639ACPZ-R2 Overview


The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. This electronic part is best mounted with type Surface Mount. It is recommended that this op amp ic be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C~125°C for optimal performance. This op amp ic has 2 circuits. There are more than a few advantages to using this instrumentation amplifier, one of which is that it outputs Rail-to-Rail signals. It is recommended that you use an 1.25mA power supply with this electrical part in order for it to operate correctly.
