A 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used to package the op amp. This is a General Purpose type op amp. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8. A total of 8 pins are located on this board. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V.
