AD9518-4BCPZ Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz.
