AD9549BCPZ Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 750MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, HSTL logic levels.
