ADF4001BRU Product Details

ADF4001BRU Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 200MHz Max. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator (RF).
