ADF4107BCP Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. CMOS is designed for clock generator's input. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 7GHz Max. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.3V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.7V. There are 2.7V~3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
