This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. There are 16 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There is a maximum frequency of 1.2GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V.
