ADF4116BRU-REEL7 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 550MHz.
