This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V.
