ADF4154BRU Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
