ADF4360-6BCP Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this case, CMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.25GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
