ADF4360-6BCP Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
