ADF4360-7BCP Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. There is a maximum frequency of 1.8GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels.
