In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An upper frequency limit of 400MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~3.6V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card.
