ADR06BUJ-REEL7 Overview


A handy package called SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 is used.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.5 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 240 during reflow soldering.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.There is a requirement for a 7V supply voltage.Supplying it with 5V volts is the minimum voltage required.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 3.003V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 2.997V.For better results, it should have OUTPUT CAN BE ADJUSTED FROM 2.8V TO 3.3V.A maximum ambient temperature of 125°C can be reached.Parts should have a -40°C bottom temperature.
