ADR364AUJZ-R2 Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 5.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.For applications with 5mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.4V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3.3V~15V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 190μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 4.104V.
