ADR420AR-REEL7 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.048V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 240.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.A minimum voltage of 5V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 2.051V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.045V less than 2.045V.It is a gadget from the XFET® series.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-0.5% RANGE USING TRIM PIN to better fulfill the purpose.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 125°C.The voltage reference circuit's bottom temperature should be -40°C.
