ADR433AR Overview


The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.It requires a 6V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 5V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 3.004V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.996V less than 2.996V.It is a gadget from the XFET® series.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN to better fulfill the purpose.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 125°C.The voltage reference circuit's bottom temperature should be -40°C.
