This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 4.096V.A 1 output is sufficient.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 240 degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 7V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 6.1V.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 4.101V.4.091V is the minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit.An item from the series XFET®.To fulfill its purpose better, it needs OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN.125°C is the maximum ambient temperature.At the bottom of the voltage reference ic, the temperature should be -40°C.
