ADR439AR Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 6.5V.It is tested at 4.5054V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 4.4946V less than 4.4946V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.There is a gadget in the XFET® series.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 125°C.There should be -40°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
