ADR439BR Overview
This program utilizes the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is an external packaging of Tube.With 8, different functions are terminated.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 4.5V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.A part with 8 pins is included.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 240.Use of Surface Mount can increase the complexity of the PCB design.There must be a 6.5V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 6.5V at a minimum.4.502V is the greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.A voltage of 4.498V or greater is output by the voltage reference circuit.The gadget is from the XFET® line.For better effectiveness, it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 0.5 PERCENT RANGE USING TRIM PIN.Temperatures at the maximum ambient are 125°C.A temperature of -40°C should be detected at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
