There is a handy package SC-70, SOT-323 used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±0.2%.An analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 3V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.It contains 3 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C TA range of work.It is able to handle 15mA input applications.Cathode currents should be 60μA in most cases.In this case, 3V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.We test the voltage reference circuit's greatest voltage output 3.006V.In addition to 2.994V, the voltage reference ic also outputs a voltage.This is a gadget from the ADR504 series.
