ADV202BBC-150 Overview
A 144-BGA, CSPBGA package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tray is adopted. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of JPEG2000 Video Codec. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. The analog circuit receives 1.5V 3.3V as a supply voltage. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.5V 3.3V. To prevent signals from reflecting off of the transmission line, there are 144 terminations.
