CD74HC147M Overview
The reason it is provided is that the board space can be saved by placing digital switch in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).Tube represents its packaging.For mounting, digital switch ic uses the method Surface Mount.The analog IC in the multiplexers is identified as Priority Encoder.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -55°C~125°C.When operated with a 2V~6V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.As a member of 74HC series, the multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications.There are 16 terminations included in its basic configuration.The multiplexer is supplied with 5V voltage.As a result, conductors end at GULL WING.The logic switch is a member of the HC/UH family.In this signal multiplexer, there are 9 bits provided.In order to prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimal supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 2V.It is advisable that the maximal supply voltage (Vsup) remains at 6V to avoid some unnecessary failures.
