The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 125MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
