As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 52-LQFP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. There are a total of 52 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVPECL, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel.
