Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C.
