DS1020-15 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. By utilizing the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The taps/steps are configured with 256. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. The terminations are provided with 16 for a unique configuration. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS.
