DS1135Z-6 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. As a result, it is configured with 1 taps/steps. Terminals are located at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate.
