LED drivers with the enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.This Driver can transceiver is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this wide receiver.This differential driver uses ±6V~15V for power supply.This electronic part can have?up to 4/0 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at once.?An output voltage range of 9V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this wide receiver has 14 terminations integrated.A package consisting of 14 market standard pinouts is provided with this integrated circuit.As a result of the ic receiver, the resolution of the driver was increased to 4 bits.A power-saving technique is used in this integrating circuit, whintegrating circuith belongs to the 1400 series.ICs in this transceiver module cannot operate over 75°C.
