DS4000GFN/WBGA Overview

24-BBGA comes in a package with the timer clock. There is a programmable timer set at a frequency of 16.384MHz.It is used to pack in Tray case. A mounting type of Surface Mount is recommended.The programmable timer can supply a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V.The type of chips can be divided into Temperature, Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO).
